Baby&Me Fitness 6wks Program

New Program for you and your baby!

Move, tone and have fun with your baby with this 45 minutes fitness class. As your baby relaxes in the car seat or blanket you get a full workout that is effective but gentle enough for your postnatal body.

We will work to build strength and stamina while taking care of specific parts of your body such as hips, pelvic floor and lower back that require extra help at this time.

Your baby will be able to join us too if you desire and help your workout as a cuddly weight.

Class is fun and relaxed and you get to know other parents in the area creating community. Join us!

The fitness workout will be geared for the postnatal body but everyone is welcome to join: mom, dad, grandparent or carer.

Suitable from 8 weeks after delivery and for babies up to 18 months.

Cost=$79+tax= $90.85 for 6 weeks program or Included in your Unlimited membership. No refund or credit for missed classes.
