$50 Non-refundable/Non-transferable retainer is due at the time of scheduling. Remaining balance of $150 is due in CASH at session time. Retainers are nonrefundable and CAN NOT be transferred to another drop, date or session time, they serve as a cancelation fee for the original “scheduled” session time & date.

📷Session retainers are to be paid within 24 hours of scheduling via Venmo or Apple Pay. If invoice isn’t paid within 24hrs the spot will open back up to the next person.

Due to the nature of digital download and space availability on photographers website, all digital download galleries are available for 14 days. Digital galleries will expire after 14 days and will be permanently deleted from our hard drives.
📷MINI SESSIONS:
Due to a number of factors, K. Liz Photography frequently limits the number of attendees to Holiday/Minis and require nonrefundable/nontransferable retainer at the time of scheduling. When session dates fills to capacity, a waitlist is made of those wanting to attend the date. K. Liz Photography understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel the photo session. If that happens, we respectfully ask for your session to be cancelled as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to attend your scheduled session.
Session Attendance policy is as follows.
In case a session must be cancelled, it should be cancelled as soon as possible but at least within 7 days of the scheduled session time.
-Less than 7 day cancellations will result in a double retainer for all future sessions.
-24hr cancellation will result in full session price to be paid as retainer before any future sessions can occur.
-No-call no-show will result in client termination.
📷TIME: Please be on time. Client agrees and understands that the start time agreed upon is the time the session begins. If clients are late for any reason, this time is deducted from their session (client loses this time).
Since we are booked back to back. It is strongly encouraged that client plan to arrive 5+ minutes prior to the start of session. Unfortunately, we can not run over should a client be late.
-Sessions are for single/extended family units. If you'd like to include extended family members additional sessions would need to be booked. Please message photographer with number of family members before scheduling.
