Women's Yin Yoga Class

Have you always wanted to try yin yoga in a small class with a friendly, non-judgmental environment?
Then this is the class for you.

In yin yoga we stay in poses for longer, with relaxed muscles, to tease out tension in the fascia (surrounds the muscles). It is an opportunity to surrender, go within, and focus on the breath, which helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and can help you feel balanced and calm.

All women of any level of yoga experience are welcome. My passion is helping those who may have injuries or parts of the body they need to be careful with.

$17 in person or $15 via zoom.
