Are you looking for more fun ways to get active on campus?
Join the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac on Thursday, November 14, from 2:30-3:30pm.
Location: Meeting at PGCLL Level 2, Wellness Lounge, walk around campus and visit some higher litter points. General stops will be made across campus, supplies provided and no requirements to participate in trash clean-up.
Connect with nature and unwind on a walk! Led by the Health Promotion team and Nature@Mac, you’ll go on a walk on one of the trails on or near campus. Take time away from your studies or work, make new friends, and connect with the beautiful nature surrounding Mac’s campus with Walk in Nature.
Snacks available at the end of the walk in the Wellness Lounge.
