Have you always wanted to try yoga in a small class with a friendly, non-judgmental environment?
Then this is the class for you.
My classes alternate between Rejuvenating and Yin. Breath is the focus as we move through gentle poses, helping reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and leaving you feel balanced and calm.
All women of any level of yoga experience are welcome. My passion is helping those who may have injuries or parts of the body they need to be careful with. Anybody can do yoga, however, for this class, you need to be able to get down to the floor. See my event for chair yoga if this is not possible for you.
Class size is a maximum of 8.
Tuesday's 1:30-2:30pm
$158 for 11 weeks (7th October - 16th December 2025), or $17/class for casual attendance.
If you are unable to make a class I can send you the recording on Zoom so you will never miss out.
If you would prefer to join class via Zoom from the comfort of your own home it is $135 for the term, or $15/class for casual attendance.
