4-Week Art Therapy Taster Group for Adults

This 4-week introductory group offers a gentle and supportive space to experience art therapy. No artistic skills or experience are needed, and there’s no expectation to share personal stories or emotions. The focus is on creative exploration and enjoying the benefits of artmaking for wellbeing in a relaxed, respectful environment.

Ideal for adults curious about art therapy, interested in self-care, or simply wanting to try something new. All materials are provided.

When: Tuesdays, 7–28 October 2025
Time: 10.30am–12.30pm
Where: Kowhai Room, Rototuna Library, Hamilton
Cost: $165 (includes quality materials)
Spaces: Limited to 7 people
