Skull Face Trail Work, part 2 - Saturday, 8/2/25

North Shore NEMBA built this legendary trail close to 20 years ago! There are two bridges that have outlived their life span. The chapter will partner with Essex County Greenbelt and ECTA to replace them.

2 phases - join one or both!

Work dates:

Thursday, 7/31/25, 5pm to 7pm - wood hauling from staging area to bridge site.

Saturday, 8/2/25, 9am to 1pm - bridge construction, old bridge removal.

Bring water, gloves, bug spray!

Tools and snacks will be provided.

Meeting Location: please note that bridge on Winthrop St. is closed to traffic, but open to foot traffic. Depending on your arrival direction it may be easier to walk across the bridge to 99 Winthrop St. from Willowdale Rd. in Ipswich!
