Rooted Mamas

Weekly gathering for new moms in the Bitterroot Valley to make new friends, ask questions, and share resources during this exciting and challenging season. Come as you are, show up when you can, and of course you can bring your baby!

Location is Rooted Pelvic Health & Yoga/Honeysuckle Midwifery at 811 S First St in Hamilton.

Hosted by Chelsea and Amanda, who are both moms and experts in perinatal health and exercise!
