We meet every second Wednesday of the month. A full-throttle, no-holds-barred purge of every irritation you’ve politely swallowed since you got your first training bra.
This club is a safe and fun learning environment where you get to turn your frustration into power!
The purpose of Rage Club is to change your relationship to the feeling and emotion of anger so you can consciously and productively use the energy and information of anger in your daily life, without being possessed or overwhelmed by it.
Feeling a lil unsure or nervous about coming? That’s totally okay and understandable - you’re not alone. We’re letting go together in a guilt free and shame free environment. Created by women, for women, to reclaim the fire we’ve been told to shrink.
This isn’t a tantrum.
It’s a release.
A reclamation.
A sweaty, glorious, mascara-smudged devotion to your power.
What to expect:
Grounding Meditation
Primal scream warm-ups (yes, really)
Dance breaks
Howling, crying, laughing, moaning, releasing
Closing with sensual self-worship
