Milk Mile!

Milk Mile is on! This is the G rated cousin of the Beer Mile - same format, same time (six months apart), same rules, except we use milk rather than beer! This will be a family-friendly event - anyone at any age is welcome to participate. Please encourage your kids to try - this was Ben's idea, he said it would be easy.

Rules are simple - when the start gun goes, drink 355ml of milk before leaving the corral and run a 400m loop around the field. After the loop, drink another 355ml of milk and repeat, four times. Four milks, four laps, one mile.

Bring your own cup to the event, and 2 liters of milk. Our volunteers will fill cups between loops so they are ready for your next loop.

Prizes will be awarded to the fastest male and female who drink either 2% chocolate or 2% white milk. Drink whatever you like - skim, 1%, 4%, almond, soy, egg nog - but winners will only be considered in the 2% category.
