Warm Up for the 2025 Healthy Hamilton Neighborhood Games!
Join us for Local Practice Days June 1–11, 10 AM–12 PM at parks across the city! Each day features fun, free activities for different neighborhoods to come together, get moving, and get ready for the big Games on June 14.
