BREATHWORK FOR RECOVERY

Breathwork is a healing modality that uses simple controlled breathing patterns to take you into a deep state of consciousness. The power of breathwork provides a fast-track to emotional healing and is sometimes described as the missing piece in the holistic/wellbeing puzzle.
This breathing technique literally quiets the mind so that the heart can open and heal.
It allows trapped emotions, stuck energy, deep seated trauma, emotional wounds and limited beliefs to release in a powerful way.
This easy practice is done to specific curated music, while laying down on a yoga mat.
This practice can bring about different emotional states. From emotional catharsis and trauma healing to pure joy and true connection, we can expect many and varied benefits from this practice.
Healing this way in a group/community setting amplifies the energy and potential healing of each individual. Breathwork is a modality that must be experienced to appreciate.
BRING A SMALL BLANKET as body temperature can fluctuate during the session.
