2025 New Zealand Indian Hockey Championship (NZIHC 2025)

Waikato Indian Sports Club is proud to be hosting the 2025 New Zealand Indian Hockey Championship (NZIHC). This year’s tournament will occur from Saturday 31st May to Monday 2nd June at the Gallagher Hockey Centre, Queens Avenue, Hamilton.

We want to extend a warm welcome to all players, supporters, officials, friends and family who will be joining us in the mighty Waikato. In what promises to be a memorable weekend. The NZISA tournament we have grown to love was established back in 1963. It carries a rich history of competitive sports with numerous milestones and stories that can be shared amongst future generations. This event provides an opportunity for the Indian community to get together, build lifelong friendships and reconnect with one another. It also enables our wider communities to immerse themselves in our Indian culture.

As we enter the 62nd edition of this great NZISA tournament. I guarantee during the long weekend you will enjoy catching up with old mates, indulge in the local cuisine and be witness to some incredible battles on the pitch.
