The ideal participant should be very comfortable being upside down in a pole assisted handstand and have a strong shoulder stand. Leg hangs (Scorpio and/ or Gemini) is a bonus!


Packing list: short shorts, tank top/ sports bra, knee pads

Info: Who says you can’t be a trickster from the floor?! This class will teach tricks and flips all from the floor. Who says you have to stand up to stand out??? Slink, slide and sloth it out with me!


* Participants should feel confident in their shoulder stand


Packing list: knee pads (with grip preferred), Optional: heels, leg warmers

Info: Explore decadent leg waves, tick tocks, circles and more with me! In this class we will explore leg and hip movements, play with angles to create illusions, and so much more! This beginner friendly class will take us from the floor to upright to optional inverted movements.


Level: Mixed levels, strong shoulder stand is ideal


Packing list: Shorts, knee pads, socks or leg warmers, heels are optional but recommended

Info: Just as the name suggests, this aerial apparatus combines both silks and pole! Come float, fly and spin with me as we explore different movements with pole silks. The class will start with a warmup, then some light stretching and conditioning before we take flight!


This class is ideal for folks who have some experience in pole, silks/ aerial hammock, or both.


Packing list: you may start in leggings but please bring shorts
