A half-day mini retreat of gentle, restorative yoga and the soothing power of a gong bath.

In the magical Reiki Space in Castle Hedingham, this half-day retreat is focused on moving slowly, unwinding and relaxing deeply.

Suitable for beginners to yoga to regular practitioners, this special practice will see you move gently and with awareness, as we release tension, find stillness and prepare for rest.

Expect to lie down supported by bolsters, immersing yourself in the power of your breath, as I guide you through a gentle movement practice. We will break for tea and sweet treats (brownies!) before settling back down for an immersive gong bath to leave you feeling nourished and deeply rested.
