You're very welcome to join me for this Summer Solstice practice on Monday 23rd June with myself, Adele, leading the yoga and local Harpist Andrew, aka The Celtic Harper guiding you with sound immersion.
The practice is open to all, for every body and everybody.
WHAT TO EXPECT
🧘♀️ 45mins of yoga with Adele whilst bathing in the sounds of the Harp
🧘♀️15min sound immersion from Andrew with the Harp as you rest in Savasana
🧘♀️15min at the end to enjoy sangha (community) - enjoy a herbal tea together; draw a card symbolic of your solstice shift
🧘♀️Suitable for all abilities, do as much or as little as you'd like
THE YOGA
The yoga practice will centre on abundance, radiant light and self-celebration.
THE SOUND
Andrew aka The Celtic Harper travels the country sharing his musical talent. Andrew is originally from Halifax and as well as being a hugely talented harpist he's also trained in yoga - what a combination! We are lucky that on the day of this Solstice practice Andrew is back in the valley and has agreed to share the harp sound immersion with you.
SOME PRACTICAL INFO
- This 7-8.15pm session replaces the usual 2 x Monday yoga classes.
- The price of the session is £20 to include a herbal tea at the end.
- The venue is St Judes Church Hall, Free school lane, Halifax, HX1 2EX.
- Wear comfy clothing, bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and optional is your blanket for relaxation

NB a reminder on the cancellation policy across all Adeles Yoga sessions: you can cancel or reschedule with at least 48hrs notice, however after that time period there's no refund available.
