Join us for a relaxed and creative day of willow weaving with Jilly Greig in the cosy Snug at Cafraemill Farm Shop, recently crowned Best Village Shop in Scotland by the Countryside Alliance.
Jilly is kindly offering this event at a very special price for VGG members.
With expert guidance, you’ll learn two traditional weaving techniques to create your own beautiful willow fat ball feeder, perfect for helping garden birds through the seasons.
Don’t have outdoor space? These little baskets are just as lovely indoors, ideal for storing garlic, eggs, or even lemons for your next gin and tonic.
This workshop is perfect for complete beginners, no previous experience needed.
All tools and materials are provided, and we’ll take our time, learning in good company over tea, coffee, and plenty of friendly chat.
