Buck McCumbers is a veteran of the bluegrass music scene. He started playing music at the age of 16 on the Spencer, WV radio. In1967, he started playing with Frank Necessary and the Stone Mountain Boys, recording one album and several singles with them. He also was a member of the WWVA Jamboree. He then formed, with his family, the McCumbers Brothers Band, recording their first album in 1976 on Old Homestead Records. He was one of the founding members of the group, License to Drive. They produced two recordings. In 2002, he was instrumental in forming the band Buck & Company. His repertoire includes several recordings on different projects and playing with several notable bands including Red Allen, Mac Wiseman, Lillie Mae and the Dixie Gospelaires and the Hutchinson Brothers. Bucks contributions to the band are numerous. Not only does he play mandolin/fiddle while delivering superb lead and tenor vocals, Buck is a tremendous song writer, contributing fresh, original material.

Dwayne McCumbers contributes his tremendous dobro skills to the band. Dwaynes musical resume is impressive. Not only has he performed and recorded with several notable local and regional bands, Dwayne has performed with national acts such as Red Allen, Harley Allen, John Hartford, Mac Wiseman, Hylo Brown, The McCumbers Brothers and Stone Mountain Boys. Dwayne was a member of the Wheeling Jamboree

Eric Chichester has played and enjoyed bluegrass music for many years. He was inspired and taught early on by his father who plays many stringed instruments. They, along with Erics brother, have played music together for many years. In addition to playing with his family, Eric has also performed with numerous groups all over the East Coast. Although Eric has mastered singing and playing many instruments on a professional level, to him it has been an enjoyable hobby and recreation.

Charles 'Dood' Walker, raised in Roane County, West Virginia, has been immersed in the world of music since childhood. With a deep-rooted passion for bluegrass, he has played in several bands, showcasing his talent across multiple instruments. Dood's love for bluegrass music has been a constant in his life, but his musical journey extends beyond the genre, as he enjoys exploring and playing various styles. This diversity has not only enriched his personal experiences but has also turned his love for music into a fulfilling and lifelong hobby.

Hunter Lemon began playing music at the age of eight, starting out on the mandolin. While fiddle has become his primary instrument, he enjoys playing a variety of others as well. Raised in Glenville, WV, Hunter has been surrounded by bluegrass and gospel music his entire life. He was co-valedictorian of his class at Gilmer County High School and is currently attending Glenville State University, where he is nearing completion of dual degrees in Land Surveying and Computer Information Systems. Alongside his studies, Hunter works part-time as a land surveyor and builds hand-crafted banjos in his workshop. Despite a demanding schedule, Hunter remains active in the regional music scenejamming nearly every weekend and performing with close friends whenever the opportunity arises.

Rick Falls was born in Calhoun County, West Virginia, into a musical family of old-time folk music, bluegrass and gospel. He was a member of the Bear Fork Band, Bluegrass Travelers and The Braxton County Bluegrass. He also taught bluegrass instruments, banjo, guitar, fiddle, mandolin and bass for twenty-five years. Rick felt it was a privilege to record a CD with Bob Richards, Buck McCumbers, Randy Brady, and Jeff Somerville, doing songs that Rick and Bob wrote. Rick treasures that CD still today. Rick has fond memories playing bluegrass with his Mom and Dad, and old-time music with his Grandpa at different Folk Festivals. Rick now enjoys playing music with many of his past students as well as many friends throughout West Virginia. Rick is also a great songwriter. Rick loves to play all the instruments, but the banjo is his favorite.
