A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are “bathed” in sound waves and frequencies. These healing vibrations promote stillness in the mind soothe the nervous system and allow the body to naturally move toward a state of rest release and healing. How does it work? The frequencies of the instruments used are very powerful in inducing a meditative state through a process called entrainment.
