Yoga Nidra with Deanne

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that activates the parasympathetic nervous system (counteracting the stress response), and induces the very deep state of relaxation, which then allows us to release deep seated tension so we can heal. And with this mental clarity, mindfulness, creativity, and cognitive functioning all increase. Being in this state also invites the good hormones to flourish! So we not only feel more aligned and complete, but we also get the beneficial side effect of deeper, more restful sleep!

Deanne has been guiding Yoga Nidra sessions for over 20 years and is excited to share this rejuvenating practice with the community. This practice is a guided meditation that is received while lying down. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for deep relaxation. We recommend bringing a mat but we have all of the props necessary (bolsters, blankets, etc).
