A valid photo ID

A big heart and a few spare minutes

Be sure to eat well and drink plenty of water before donating!

🩸 Who Can Donate?
Most healthy individuals 17+ years old (16 with parental consent). Not sure if you're eligible? Visit the blood center’s website or call ahead to confirm!
