Herbal Make and Take: Stress Support

Join Tricia for an Herbal Make and Take event where we’ll spend time learning all about herbs for stress support. Learn all about how stress impacts our health, and how to soothe your nervous system. Then you’ll get to choose the herbs that are right for YOU, and create your own herbal formula. You’ll get to choose between making a tea, tincture, or bath soak. One product is included with your class fee, but you may make additional products for a discounted rate of only $10 each! Grab your friends or a date, or venture out to make new like-minded community connections, and join us for an evening of learning self care!

Cost: $40 In Person or $35 Virtual (no medicine making supplies will be provided)

Please bring a small jar (app. 8 oz) - or two! - with you to take home your custom-made product(s).
