Birth and Postpartum Support 2 Part Series

Part 1 - Safe and Empowering Pregnancy & Birth
In this workshop we will have Maddy, a registered nurse and doula, discuss stages of labor, changes throughout the pregnancy, what to look out for and hormonal changes. Herbs that support women during pregnancy and the stages of labor will also be discussed.

Friday, October 10 @ 6 pm
Part 2 - Nourishing Postpartum Support
In this workshop we will have Maddy, a registered nurse and doula, discuss hormonal changes postpartum and the rapidly changing stages of baby and mother needs. Herbs and nutrition to nourish the mother back to health postpartum will also be discussed.

These classes are $40 each or $75 for the bundled series if purchasing before 1st class.
