Dr. Bob will help you learn how to integrate plant medicine into the fundamentals of first aid care. Class will cover common first aid problems at home and in wilderness, travel remedies, emergencies and when to call for help.

Topics covered:
Acute injuries
Bumps, scrapes, bruises
Insect bites and stings
Colds and Flu
Sprains, strains, breaks, and abrasions
Headaches
Bandaging
Planning, preparing, and administering first aid herbal medicine
