Join us as we celebrate those great Father's in the world. If you miss your own Dad I can fill those shoes for an hour and a piece......


Come share with me a session of nourishing movement, through intuitive, Hatha Style Yoga. We'll breathe in the sea air as we explore our inner Yogi.

A Journey rather than a class, where I will guide us towards melding our minds, bodies, and souls. All skill levels welcome, even newcomers to yoga

Plenty of free parking, just steps from our practice..
Bring a water bottle, large beach towel or small sheet, and an open mind and heart. Namaste, Albert.
