Supporting Healthy Skin & Hair
The pharmacopeia of Ayurveda is chock full of beautiful herbs, oils, kitchen medicine and more to support our integumentary system, which includes hair, skin, and nails. Our skin especially is a window into our inner physical health. We’ll cover herbs and tools to use both internally and topically. We’ll be making a hair oil, so bring your 4oz jar to take home your herbal goodness and start nourishing yourself.

Botanical Art
In this class we’ll bring Botanicals and Art together, covering a few beautiful herbal allies and then using the flowers and leaves themselves as part of our medium to create prints, leaf rubbings, watercolor collage and mandalas. We’ll explore seasonal medicinal herbs, learn about their uses, exploring them with our senses and then incorporating them into art. There will be several stations set up to create your own beautiful botanical pieces to take home.

Happy Hormones
Irregular or painful periods, unbearable hot flashes, low sex drive and energy are some signals from our body that our reproductive system needs some support. You will have an opportunity to touch, smell, and taste the herbs and learn about their uses and energetics.

Managing Stress
In this class we’ll cover herbs and tools to support healthy stress levels and management. We will cover tools to navigate the most important road map and instruction manual for life- how to regulate your nervous system. This class will provide ample tools and herbs from Ayurveda, Western herbalism, Neuroscience and Energy medicine to tame the modern day tiger. We will be covering Ashwagandha and Tulsi, two beautiful herbs to support healthy stress levels. We will make a Tulsi Oxymel as a class to take home (Bring a 4oz jar to take home your herbal goodies).
