Theta Waves Sound Bath with Becky

Enter a sacred space of sound and soul. A sound bath is a vibrational ceremony where celestial tones—created by crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and many other instruments—guide you into alignment with your highest self. These healing frequencies dissolve energetic blockages, support you in releasing trauma, help reset your nervous system, awaken your inner light, and return you to the rhythm of your divine essence, a space to remember who you truly are. We provide comfy floor chairs, a large cushion, a blanket and pillow, but please bring whatever else you need to be comfortable.
