💙 🩵 Walk and Talk for Dementia 🩵 💙

Join us on Friday the 26th September at 2pm for a special community walk in support of World Alzheimer’s Month and to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society🚶‍♂️

📍 We’ll set off from Mill Court at 2pm and follow a scenic walk around Shalford, eventually returning to the home - totaling 2.5km. On our return to Mill Court Care Home we will have time to enjoy some sweet treats & refreshments🍰☕
