What to expect with Reiki
The Reiki practitioner places their hands on or above your physical body, with the intention that you receive whatever energy you need at this very moment. Helping your Ki (energy) within your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body get genki (stronger).
Reiki is beneficial at helping facilitate the body and minds healing process. It can help with everyday stress, anxiety, grieving, chronic pain, and so much more. Helping you release stuck energetic imprints.
What to expect with Sound Healing
Sound healing experiences are as unique as the individual. Sound healing has a positive impact on our body and helps calm the mind and spirit. The Blessing Bowl creates a personal song for you!
Well standing in the blessing bowl you will be able to feel or hear the singing bowls' frequency as vibration, running through the body. Yes… you read that right! You will be standing in a custom, hand pounded bronze singing bowl. AKA The Blessing Bowl!!!!
NOTE: The door will be locked if we are still with a client. We will let you in as soon as we can.
