Shine Dance & Uplift Strength Training

Welcome to SHINE Dance & UPLIFT Strength Training – the perfect combo of dance party vibes and strength-building fun!

This class blends the best of both worlds: heart-pumping dance cardio and empowering strength training. You’ll move, sweat, and smile your way through a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective.

SHINE Light Dance is a low-impact dance fitness party that fuses today’s hottest hits with simple, feel-good choreography inspired by jazz, ballet, and hip hop. It’s all about building confidence, strength, and joy through movement!

UPLIFT turns classic throwback tunes and current chart-toppers into energizing strength routines using weights, bands, and stability balls. We target balance, core, and overall strength for a well-rounded, feel-strong finish.
