Our Parks offers FREE outdoor fitness classes for everyone in our local parks!
Join me at Jarvis Brook Recreation Ground each Thursday morning at 09:30 for a fun filled return to exercise session absolutely free.
Please bring a water bottle and fitness matt with you.
