The Rotary Club of Grimsby, with the support of the Town of Grimsby, is excited to host the 4th annual GRIMSBY GLOWS - Pumpkin Parade on Saturday, November 1 from 5:30PM-8:00PM at Coronation Park!
FREE admission and accessible to all.
Leashed dogs are welcome, and if you are entering your pup into our Best Dressed Pup contest (three winners will take home prizes), judging will be at 6:30PM in front of the park gazebo! 🐶👻
We will be accepting loonies, toonies and $5 TipTap donations this year - THANK YOU in advance for your generosity 🎃 All of your donations go back into making every Grimsby Glows parade better and better.
Your pumpkins/jack-o'-lanterns can be dropped off to the community pool parking lot between 8AM and 4PM on event day. All pumpkins included in the parade will be composted afterwards. You can also join in on the pumpkin carving/painting contest (we have our same signature categories again this year).
Marvel at over 300+ community carved and decorated jack-o-lanterns, as well as lighted Halloween and Fall Harvest displays. Delight in light snacks, amazing photo opportunities and family-fun activities.

How We Can All Best Enjoy the GRIMSBY GLOWS Pumpkin Parade This Year
Accessible Parking: Grimsby Glows offers limited accessible parking in the lot off Elm Street beside the pool. This space will be marshalled and those with Accessibility/Volunteer stickers will be prioritized for this space.
Jack-o’-lantern Drop-Off: To ensure your pumpkins are proudly displayed on event night (or will be composted), drop them off at the pool parking lot between 8AM and 4PM on November 1.
Please consider the pathway to be a two-way street and mind the arrows drawn on the pathway. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any jack-o-lanterns delivered after 4:00PM will be placed in the parade.
Painted Pumpkins are welcome: If you are painting your pumpkin, please make sure the paint will not run if it rains or is dewy. We are an outdoor event only.
Connect with Event Marshals: If you have any issues or need assistance, please do not hesitate to connect with one of our event marshals who will be wearing safety vests with the Grimsby Glows logo. The marshals are here to help everyone enjoy the event and they may direct the flow of traffic along the pathway.
Respect for All: Treat everyone with kindness and respect. We’re all here to celebrate and have fun together.
Pumpkin Carving Contest: If you'd like to participate in the jack-o-lantern carving contest, make sure to let us know during drop off so we can put it in the right spot. This year's categories include: Spookiest, Funniest, Most Unique, Best Overall and Little Goblins' Masterpieces (for children 10 and under) and Vibrant Visions: Painted Pumpkins. We can't wait to see your creative designs!
Capture the Memories: Enjoy the fantastic pumpkin displays and feel free to take selfies at the stations, photos, and share your magical moments with #GrimsbyGlows2025.
Respect the Inflatables/Fall Setups/Pumpkins on Display: Please refrain from stepping on, hitting or damaging any holiday inflatables and fall displays along the parade route and within Coronation Park. Please keep all pumpkins where they have been placed on the path and within the park. Please be cognizant of the cords that hold up the inflatables. Let's keep the festive spirit alive!
Share the Pathway: We are anticipating a crowded Saturday night (woohoo!), so be considerate of fellow attendees. Share the pathway and help create a harmonious atmosphere for all.
General Parking: Find the various town and street parking available around Coronation Park on the Parking Map. Please avoid the vendors’ parking lots so they may continue to conduct their business, while you enjoy the Glow!!
