Op VETBUILD meet up

Calling all serving and retired veterans who enjoy the models hobby to the Kingston Legion (in the same parking lot at the Kingston Lions) for their weekly Op VETBUILD program meet up.

Models hobbies include assembling and painting ships, planes, military figures, miniatures, etc. A vehicle model is provided, along with a tool kit and use of the two paint booths. No experience necessary and no legion membership required.

Not interested in models, but would love to catch up with some veteran friends, come out and enjoy a coffee or tea and chat.

We have two amazingly talented veterans, Denis AuCoin and Keith Squires, that would love to help you out with assembling and painting tips, or how to make pieces from scratch or how to make the build more realistic? Come out and ask them your questions.
