Annual Team Training & Picnic

Join us Saturday, July 26th to celebrate Professor James Clingerman’s birthday with a two hour open mat starting at Noon. After the open mat, we will have our annual team picnic at James’s house. This is a pitch-in, so bring your favorite dish! There will also be fun activities for kids and adults, and if there is a combat event (UFC, grappling event) we will host it later in the evening.

Every year this is a great event to meet and train with Teammates from other Affiliates that you may not know or train with on a regular basis. It’s always a good time!

It’s kid and pet friendly (as long as they are under control).

We ask that you do not bring alcohol to team events.

We have showers at the Academy stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash you are welcome to use if you need to get cleaned up before the picnic.
