Fundamentals of Defense Against Weapons - July 28 - 31
Fundamentals of Defense Against Weapons ($235)
Gain the skills and confidence to respond to armed threats in this beginner-friendly class led by a seasoned martial artist and personal security expert. Using only safe training tools, students will learn techniques and strategies for defending against bludgeons, blades, and firearms in close-quarters situations. With clear instruction and guided practice, this course empowers participants to stay calm and capable under pressure.

Class Options – Greenwich, CT (Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center):

July 28 - 31, 10:30 -11:50am OR

July 7 - 10, 4:25 - 5:45pm

No experience needed. Open to ages 12 and up.
