Join us for an exclusive, interactive dining experience featuring a five-course wine dinner where the magic happens right before your eyes! Chef Vince Bienish will give you a front-row seat to his culinary expertise, while Bar Manager Devin Byrne, in collaboration with Bear Island Distributors, presents the perfect wine pairings to complement each course.

1-Roasted Bone marrow, mustard seed, toasted baguette points

2-Summer Burrata salad, fresh greens, heirloom tomato, beets, Piro olive oil

3-Pasta Genovese, shredded beef, fresh rigatoni, creamy onion sauce

4-Carolina Trout, with a sweet potato & brussel sprout hash

5-Lavender crème Brule with fresh berries
