Motivation, Movement & Mindset: Experience

Join us for an Experience Event like no other! We are partnering with Core X Pilates and Fierce & Free Feminine to connect our minds and our muscles. At Fierce & Free Feminine, they believe freedom is a journey- an exploration of both the world and the self.

In addition to participating in a pilates mat class sponsored by Core X (all levels welcome), at the Motivation, Movement & Mindset event, Mika will also lead a mindfulness session designed for busy women.
