On the longest night of the year, we gather in community to honor the quiet beauty of the Winter Solstice - a moment of stillness, reflection and renewal. This practice invites you to move through a warm, grounding flow that gently transitions into restorative yin postures, mirroring the journey from darkness to returning light. Together we'll explore breath, presence, and deep wisdom of slowing down. Through movement, journaling, and optional sharing this evening becomes a ritual of release and intention - a chance to soften, reset and welcome the light within as the days begin to lengthen once more.
