In this immersive sound healing class led by Veda Spidle, you'll begin by exploring the powerful resonance of your own voice through mantra chanting—an uplifting practice that aligns your breath with sacred intention. Following this vocal journey, you'll be enveloped in a restorative sound bath, where carefully curated sacred sounds create an atmosphere for healing and inner balance.
Through this BhaktiBreath℠ practice, our focus is on harnessing the energy of breath and sound to foster self-love, compassion, and connection. We encourage you to dress comfortably and, if you have one, bring your mālā to enhance your mindful practice (though it's not necessary).
