ANNUAL 'MURPH' CHALLENGE

HERO WOD: 'MURPH'
Named after a fallen Navy SEAL, Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
This workout was created to honor his sacrifice and service and it has become a popular event to complete every year on Memorial Day.
Class times on Memorial Day will be 7:00am, 8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am!!
