Join us on retreat at beautiful Old Kilmun House, on the shore of Holy Loch. The house is situated at the western boundary of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, renowned for its natural splendour

A weekend devoted to self care, refilling the well, balancing our body, energy and instilling calm, with:
yoga in the yurt
qigong on the lawn
time in the hot tub / sauna
home comforts in the lovely country house

Gorgeous bedrooms, bathrooms, a rather beautiful sitting room and dining room, and gardens to explore and enjoy. Food is delicious vegetarian / vegan

Optional woodland walks / sea swimming / natural pool dips
