Loch Thom swim...

Hello.. Intermediate swim.. **Water is Deep at point so you must be able to swim** This is for people that not only want to enjoy the cold water but also go for a swim. The water gets deep fast. To join this u must be able to swim at least 200m in a pool.. That is 8 length of a standard pool. A maximum of 15 people so book your place quick. The cost is £7. All you need is a swimsuit or wetsuit if u have one and shoe/wetsuit to wear in the water, and plenty of warm clothes, hot drink and perhaps a hot water bottle for after swim. We will be in the water for at least 20min the session will also include time for a talk and question and answer session about all u need to know about open water swimming.
