For the sound bath, you can expect to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of seven quartz crystal singing bowls. As for gentle yoga, you will practice postures to stretch your body and calm your mind. Here you will also learn simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Combined, these can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance focus and concentration, increase energy, bring emotional balance, and much more!
