Join RYT-200 certified yoga instructor and local astrologer Miranda Check for a 90-minute Introduction class on Astrology where we will blend the wisdom of the stars with mindful self-awareness.

In this engaging session, you will explore the fundamentals of astrology, from the significance of the zodiac signs and planetary placements to the role of houses and aspects in how this shapes our personality and life experiences. With a holistic approach, Miranda will guide you through how astrology intersects with yoga and mindfulness, helping you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the energies at play in your life. Whether you’re curious about your personal birth chart or looking to incorporate astrological insights into your wellness practice, this class offers a grounding introduction to the cosmic blueprint that influences us all.
