Yoga with Littles: Baby & Toddler Yoga

Join us for a 45 minute yoga class followed by 15 minutes of playtime/socialization!

Yoga with infants and toddlers can be a fun, bonding experience for both parent and child, promoting physical and emotional development.

For babies, yoga can involve gentle stretches and sensory stimulation.

For toddlers, it's more about playful movements, learning to imitate poses, and developing coordination.

For parents, it’s a way to move, destress, and enjoy time with your kids.

What to bring: bring a yoga mat for you and your toddler. Bring a large blanket or baby lounger for your infant.
