Alt2SU is a peer-led support group that offers a space for open conversations about suicidal thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we share struggles and successes, support one another, and explore coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. You are encouraged to attend both in times of strength and struggle — no crisis is required to participate.
