Come and find your creative energies and experience with like-minded people and the tools that will enable you to share your inner colours!
You have a choice of 2 venues: Bridgnorth in Shropshire (10 places) or Bridge Hall in Great Malvern (12 places).
The choice is yours! Come and be the first to set the energies rolling for this course to take place.
· Increase your awareness and understanding of your chakras and aura.
· Perceive your unique ‘centre’.
· Portray your chakras, aura and centre using line tone and/or colour.
· Manifest on paper your unique images and how they can blend with the group’s collective energetic whole.
· Provide space to continue the development of your inner processes and abilities.
· Generate awareness of your physical status as the day progresses to help relieve stress within the body, whilst undertaking a variety of drawing and meditation techniques and group connectiveness.
· Learn the basic rules of perspective.
· Take your artwork away and be confident in having the skills you have learned to express and help bring future positivity towards your daily balance strategies.
