This is a practical talk with Alan selecting a few of his favourite herbs, describing their many qualities and how he uses them therapeutically.
He will also demonstrate how iridology reveals imbalances and dysfunctions using this painless technique.
The iris mirrors our state of wellbeing and can be a useful indicator and predictor of health.
Bring your own dowsing tools (or buy/borrow from us on the day) to explore the energetic signature of some of Alan's herbal tinctures and preparations.
There will be some practical work in pairs and groups.
Refreshments are available but bring your own picnic lunch.
