YWCA Great Falls is proud to partner with Susie McIntyre for a women’s empowerment training class to help show us how to protect ourselves against physical violence. Self-defense if more than just about physical technics; it's a mindset, a philosophy of resilience and empowerment. You are your own last line of defense in safety.
