ABOUT THE EVENT:
Get ready to explore your dog’s world in a whole new way with Laura Gendron, professional dog trainer and owner of Miss Behavior Training.
In this relaxed, dog-friendly event held at the Golden Dog Playground in Barrington, NH, you and your pup will rotate through a series of interactive stations designed to help you discover what truly motivates your dog, how they like to connect, and what helps them feel safe and regulated. This isn’t about obedience—it’s about curiosity, choice, and building a stronger bond through real-life experiences.
Along the way, you might:
-Follow your dog’s nose through a mini sniffari trail
-Sample different play styles to see what lights them up
-Visit a calming “Regulation Station” to unwind together
-Practice consent-based touch to see how your dog prefers to connect
-Each station offers a new opportunity to learn more about your dog—and yourself—in a fun, supportive environment.
At this adventure, you will:
-Learn how to identify your dog’s favorite motivators through real-time observation and choice
-Explore enrichment and play options tailored to your dog’s energy level and personality
-Discover simple ways to help your dog recover and regulate through calming activities
After, 15 minutes of free play will be available for the dogs. If you have a dog that would be uncomfortable with free play, there will be a chance to safely exit before free play begins.
